When the script book Refers to “if this is a night space” would the effects that take place affect two dreamers who happen to be in that space(it was a night space) or the dreamer who’s action unlocked the script.

It only affects the Dreamer who's action unlocked the script, unless the script says otherwise. That's what AR said when asked a similar question elsewhere.
