Alright so from what I can tell there is no way to get this card from this dream. I've poured all over the entries and sign tokens and can't find where you actually get this card. Am I missing something?

When you use any computer in the Dreamscape (script 300), you should pick the option "investigate Project Help." If you do it, you'll gain this card.
