So, I found the Exit of the garden, I am standing on the space, and I have the awareness intent I need to exit, but I am paralyzed. Can I still use the intent and exit, or is this considered as movement/relocation and I can't do it this turn?

If you're in the space with 'Go through the gate' Map Action, it tells you to read a Script – you may use it, of course, as there's nothing about Moving or Relocating.
You're in a perfect space to be Paralyzed ;)
