There is an infinite loop on this map, which you can use to unseal cards, reshuffle deck, get whatever items you want from the storage + buy from the market (max. up to your shopping cards in storage). Is it intended? Or maybe we are doing something wrong on the map?

Yes, you can loop around as much as you like. Horizon is great for that - although getting back can be a bit tricky.
