When a Dream ends, do I have to add all the Flaw cards of that Dream at the bottom of the Flaw deck or is the ending paragraph that tells me when to do it? Thank you.

When the Dream ends, there's always a list of components that you should add to corresponding decks (usually Items and Influence cards). If Flaws aren't mentioned there, you don't have to add them to the Flaw deck.
