Is there any way to trade an influence card from one member of a party to another. We always give the award card to the person who activated the story that awarded it. However some of them would really work well on other characters in the group. Is there a way to trade to get those cards on another character?

No, there is no such way in the rules. The best way is to peek the cards beforehand to know who should get it (or if it is worth all the effort). Or just houserule that it is possible while doing awakening. cheers
The only way I have seen so far is through The Little Shop On The Corner fate card. I think there are two of those fate cards, they are one-shot, and they seem to require a great deal of planning to use to their full effect. It's a long way around, which makes me pessimistic that there is an easier way to be found.
I'm curious to see any responses that come this way! I don't know the answer
