I've ended both campaigns, but no clues about unlocking lucid mod...First memories are totally useless.

You can follow it while playing Slumbers - it's a few steps (in Loot on Turn cards) that will lead you first to unlock Lucid Mode.
And then you can keep following the Mystery Path until... - here's another surprise waiting :)
