Can items and progress cards be used multiple times during the same action? For example, can the Specialist's Mechanical Shotgun use several charges at once (if available)? Or can the luck die be rolled more than once on the same action with the Common Hammer Item (assuming it isn't discarded on the previous roll) - and if discarded, can the earlier roll results be kept?
