Hello, If you have to seal a card from your hand and that card have a sealing effect, can you use that effect? Thank you!

Just to clarify:
If you are told to seal x cards, they do not come from your hand- they must come from the top of your draw deck.
If you have a card in your hand that says 'seal this card to do (thing)' you can't count it as one of the cards being sealed by a bad effect, since it is not in your draw deck.
What exactly do you mean? If the card had an effect "when this card is sealed do (...)" then that's how it would work. If the card has an action with a cost, and an action reads something along the lines of "Seal this card to..."then you must perform action with this card. Sealing it from an other effect does not let you use the effect of the sealed card.
