Hello, If you have to seal a card from your hand and that card have a sealing effect, can you use that effect? Thank you!

Just to clarify:
If you are told to seal x cards, they do not come from your hand- they must come from the top of your draw deck.
If you have a card in your hand that says 'seal this card to do (thing)' you can't count it as one of the cards being sealed by a bad effect, since it is not in your draw deck.
