If a dream ends with wisdom cards still in the unrevealed secrets, are they removed from the game with the rest of the dream specific cards/tiles?

Depends on the wording at the end of the Dream (not every Dream removes all cards), but yes, if the Dream says to remove all cards associated with the Dream.
