I just received the Sign Token Wisdom card, but am unclear on how to resolve them. Are the numbers on the back matched to the secret scripts manual?

Yes, when you spot the same image on another component (Influence card, map tile, or anything else), you may read the script that matches the number on the Sign token's back.
