At the beginning of the dream, have I to put a total of 3 tokens in three freely chosen spaces (given that have a suit) or have I to put 3 tokes per suit (max 12 if all suits are on the board)?

on the card is written with any turn suit, not the turn suit, i often got only 1 or 2 of the starting turn suit so it wouldn't be possible to place 3 then. cheers
You have to place 3 tokens in total in any spaces with the Turn Suit icon.
